At Naxbay, we are committed to customer satisfaction and to offering quality GSM services: SIM unlocks, IMEI repairs, firmware upgrades, FRP resets, unbricking, boot repairs, Setup of Activation Box, and iCloud unlocking. However, we do acknowledge that there may be potential scenarios where one would need a refund. We have a refund policy to make such requests handled most equitably and transparently.
1. Eligibility Criteria for a Refund
A refund may be provided under the following conditions:
Non-Delivery: If for any reason, the service is not delivered in the manner promised, the customer shall be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the work that has been completed.
Technical Issues: In the event that for whatever reason, the delivered service fails due to some technical issue at our end or some proven fault in the delivered service, a refund may be provided.
The service delivered is not what the client actually paid for. A full refund is provided.
2. Non-Refundable Services
There shall be no refunds under any of the following conditions:
Customer Error: Refund will be denied if there is error on the part of the customer, such as providing wrong IMEI or device information.
Third-Party Interference: In cases where there is interference by third-party software or unauthorized modifications after the completion of our service, leading to the failure of such a service, no refund shall be provided. Change of Mind: There are no refunds in cases where there is a change of mind after the service process has started. 3. Refund Process To apply for a refund, follow these steps:
Refund Request: Send to our support team no later than 7 days from the date of the completed service. It should include an order ID, a clear explanation of the problem, and an attachment of supporting documentation.
Processing: Our personnel will review the above request within 3 business days. Furthermore, additional information may be requested in some cases for further review on qualification for refund
Resolution: Refunds are processed up to 5-10 business days upon approval of refund using the initially used payment method.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds: Where we feel that a partial refund is called for- for example, where Services have been partially performed and a problem has occurred, we offer a refund of part of the payment for work executed.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you're not happy with your refund determination, then you must contact our support personnel. We always do our best to maintain amicable and just resolution of disputes, and we may refer disputes to an independent third-party resolution service if we think that would help.
6. Exceptions and Special Cases
All complicated services, iCloud unlocks, or Activation Box/Dongle setups require additional, more verification and checks to be made for a refund. Refund requests can take as long as 15 business days to be completely processed for these services.
